Exhibit and Advertise at ROOTS Scotland

Exhibiting and advertising at ROOTS Scotland will give you a unique opportunity to connect with over 800 Salvationists from Scotland and the surrounding area.

Exhibit

The Exhibition will be located in the main adult venue and surrounding lobbies and open during all breaks, throughout our afternoon mini presentations and after hours programme giving a total opening time of approximately 12 hours over the two day event.  At previous ROOTS events the Exhibition has been a hub area where delegates congregate with our feedback showing delegates visit the exhibition stands several times over the weekend to chat, pick up ideas, and purchase resources.  We expect the Exhibition at ROOTS Scotland to be a central part of the event.

Our aim is always for the Exhibition to support the aims of the programme, with delegates being equipped to respond to the challenges raised by the theme and programme content.  Our focus at ROOTS Scotland is the challenge of social justice and we are excited by the opportunities for the Exhibition to provide ideas, resources and support to our delegates as they respond to the challenge of the programme by asking what they will do to make a difference in their communities.  Our afternoon mini presentations, where we will be profiling people and projects actively engaged in the struggle for social change, will help delegates find out about what others are doing, to spark ideas, and to build connections with others who could support them.  These mini presentations will take place in and around the exhibition area, allowing exhibitors to contribute.  If you would like to give a mini presentation we’d be keen to hear from you.

With stands starting from £200, including passes to the event, we hope there is an exhibition option which will suit you.

Advertise

We will be scrolling video adverts on our main screen before each of our five main adult programme sessions.  This is a great time to promote your work, maybe direct people to your exhibition stand, and contribute to the programme.

We will be giving every adult delegate a simple programme.  We have space to place one full page or two half page adverts on the back of the programme.
