Full event with 1 nights single accommodation - £100 (Full Board)
Full event with 1 nights shared accommodation - £82 (Full Board)
Full event with no accommodation * - £59 (Inc lunch x2 and evening meal)
Saturday only with no accommodation - £35 (Inc lunch and evening meal)
Sunday only with no accommodation * - £24 (Inc lunch)
* An additional £12 can be paid to cover Sunday breakfast at Sunbury for day delegates.

Please complete one booking form per person selecting which ticket you wish to purchase.
Please mail the form to the address below enclosing a cheque made payable to ‘The Salvation Army’ for the full amount and we will be in touch to confirm your booking.
Please note, unlike the Regional ROOTS Events we are not using a booking agent to manage the booking process. All bookings are managed by the ROOTS team at Territorial Heaquarters.

Terms and Conditions of Booking:
1. Payment can only be made by cheque made payable to ‘The Salvation Army’ or by cash delivered to The Salvation Army Territorial Headquarters.
2. You will receive confirmation of your booking. Please bring a copy with you to check into the event.
3. Delegates under the age of 18 will need to attend with a named responsible adult. Extra parental consent forms will be sent later.
4. Tickets can be cancelled until31 October 2012. An administration charge of 20% of your total booking will be retained. No refund will be issued after1st November 2012.
5. If you register your contact details with ROOTS they will be used to keep you in touch with related Salvation Army events, news and resources unless you indicate that you do not wish to receive information. We will not pass your details on to any parties external to The Salvation Army. You may request to be removed from our lists at any time by contacting the ROOTS Office.
6. Attendance at this event implies your permission for ROOTS to use your image, photographed or filmed at the event, in publicity relating to the work of The Salvation Army unless you request in writing for your image to not be used.
7. Your booking is sold subject to the venue or The Salvation Army’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond their reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange bookings.
